I just wanted to share a variation on my
olive and thyme bread. The basic dough recipe and technique is exactly the same, but 100g of parmesan cheese is mixed into the bread mixture. Instead of filling with olives and thyme, this bread is filled with sun dried tomatoes and chives. Delicious!
